When I heard about your passing I had a lump in my throat and even now it still feels unreal.
I was barely a teenager when we first met and had just moved to Nigeria from the UK for boarding school. I didn’t have my mum around back then because she was still in London, but you provided that motherly warmth for me whenever I was around you. I use to call you my Dad’s fairy god-mother because you always cared for his well being.
I still have the beautiful diamond necklace and earrings that you gave me for my 21st, which I will cherish forever. I will miss you sorely, it is still so unbelievable that you have gone, but God knows best
My darling Aunty Princess, May your beautiful soul rest in sweet peace.
