learn of the death of Princess Adenrele Adeniran-Ogunsanya. She was a remarkable woman who entered politics at a very young age under the tutelage of her father and grew to become one of the most notable female politicians in Lagos State.

The history of politics in Lagos especially in Ikorodu can never be complete without a reference to her and the impact she made in her professional and political life.

Her passion, determination and ‘can do’ spirit will be a beacon for others to emulate.

I send my deepest condolences to the family and pray for the peaceful repose of her soul.
